Website privacy

This website does not collect any information about you. There are no forms. To request an appointment you call or email the office, and what you tell the office is handled by the practice under its Notice of Privacy Practices.

If you email the office, please send only your name and the phone number to reach you. Keep symptoms, diagnoses, insurance details, and anything about another person for your visit or the phone call.

Referrals from other providers, which include patient identity, never go through this website. They are sent by fax, email, or phone directly to the office.

The site sets no cookies and sends no visit data to advertising companies, Google, or Meta. It counts visits with Umami, an analytics tool that the practice's website developer, Synaptix Lab, runs on its own server. It records which pages are viewed, the browser and device type, and the country and region of the visit. It does not store your IP address or your name, and browsers that send a Do Not Track signal are not counted at all.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and Fontshare, which receive your browser's request for the font files and the address of this website, nothing else. The Directions buttons on the Locations page open Google Maps, which is Google's service under Google's privacy policy.
