- Neck
Stiffness, aching, or pain that runs into the shoulder or arm.
- Back
Low back or mid back pain, with or without pain into the legs.
- Hip and SI joint
Pain in the hip, groin, or low on one side of the back near the belt line.
- Leg and sciatica
Pain, tingling, or numbness that travels down the leg.
- Knee
Aching, swelling, or pain with stairs, standing, or walking.
- Shoulder
Pain reaching overhead, lying on the shoulder, or that runs down the arm.
- Nerve pain
Burning, shooting, or electric pain, often with numbness.
How the first visit works
The evaluation. Your history, a physical exam, and any imaging you already have.
The diagnosis. If imaging or a diagnostic injection is needed to confirm the source, that is the next step, explained in plain words.
The plan. You leave with a plan you understand: what will be treated, how, and what getting better looks like.
